360Me is seeking a visionary Founding CTO to lead our technical foundation and drive innovation in health technology. In this pivotal role, you'll architect, build, and scale our entire tech stack from 0→1 while mentoring future engineering hires.

You'll own core technical decisions, contribute hands-on code, and guide our platform's evolution through our first clinical pilot programs. This opportunity requires deep expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, data systems, and regulatory compliance within healthcare.

You'll work closely with our scientific team to translate complex biological insights into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in AI/ML or data-intensive systems, proven 0→1 track record (healthtech, biotech, or regulated SaaS preferred), and PhD/DPhil in CS, AI, Physics, or Computational Biology.

Compensation: $160k–$200k + equity.
