React Native Mobile Engineer (Full-time Remote)

**About The Role:** We are seeking a skilled React Native Mobile Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that power our field-service platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences for field workers. **Key Responsibilities:** 
- Design and implement user interfaces for mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs related to mobile applications
- Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across different devices and operating systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development
- Work closely with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
- Ensure the security and reliability of mobile applications

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in React Native development (at least 2+ years)
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6, and React fundamentals
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, or Context API)
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
- Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Understanding of mobile accessibility standards

**Bonus Qualifications:**
- Experience with GraphQL or other API technologies
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with native module development for React Native
- Understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java)

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for equity participation.
