Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior React Native Mobile Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that are critical to our platform. Your work will directly impact the user experience of field service professionals using our software. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build and iterate on features that enhance the functionality and usability of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable React Native applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize application performance and ensure high quality standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native and mobile development trends

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in React Native development (at least 3+ years)
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals with deep understanding of React
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, or Context API)
• Familiarity with native modules and platform-specific APIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Demonstrated track record of shipping complex mobile applications
• Experience with modern testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
• Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences
