Role: React Native Mobile Engineer (Full-time, Remote)

Join 40GRID to help build the mobile front-end for our platform, directly impacting field service professionals and enabling business growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:
*   Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
*   Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant and functional mobile features.
*   Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
*   Optimize mobile application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability.
*   Participate in code reviews, contributing to and receiving constructive feedback.
*   Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues in the mobile application.
*   Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the React Native ecosystem.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Proven professional experience building mobile applications with React Native.
*   Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React principles.
*   Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX).
*   Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
*   Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating mobile applications with backend services.
*   Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles and creating intuitive user interfaces.
*   Knowledge of testing frameworks for React Native (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library).
*   Familiarity with Git version control.
