If you’re a passionate AI/Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Python/TypeScript and enthusiasm for learning about AI/LLM applications, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy innovative solutions that address complex scientific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance pharmaceutical research processes
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure
  • Experiment with state-of-the-art LLMs and generative AI models to solve real-world pharmaceutical problems
  • Translate complex scientific requirements into technical specifications and implement robust software solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Python/TypeScript development
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with LLMs
  • Solid data engineering fundamentals with experience in ETL/ELT processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
