We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to expand our technical capabilities and help build the next generation of our platform.

**Role Highlights:**

**Platform Development:** You'll design and build user-centric interfaces for incentive designers using Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js. Your work will directly impact the user experience of our platform, which serves millions of users worldwide. You'll ensure scalable backend services using Node.js and GraphQL, creating a seamless experience across all user touchpoints.

Data Architecture & APIs: You'll develop robust data pipelines integrated with Hasura (GraphQL) and optimize our server-side logic for high-performance data retrieval. This includes working with PostgreSQL and DuckDB to ensure our data infrastructure can handle the demands of our growing user base. Your expertise in database optimization will be crucial for maintaining fast response times and handling complex queries.

Dynamic Builder Tools: You'll engineer intuitive, zapier-like interfaces to configure data sources and build a WYSIWYG loyalty portal editor. This innovative approach will empower our users to create custom loyalty experiences without deep technical knowledge, expanding our platform's capabilities significantly.

End-to-End Product Ownership: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll architect, deploy, and maintain services across the entire stack. You'll ensure secure server-side rendering (SSR) and swift API interactions, balancing technical excellence with business requirements. Your ability to own projects from conception to deployment will be a key asset to our team.

**What You Bring:**

**Experience:** We're looking for someone with 5+ years in full-stack engineering, preferably in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Web3 consumer applications. You should have a proven track record of building scalable web applications that handle significant traffic and data volumes.

Frontend: You must have strong experience with React and Next.js, and be proficient in transforming Figma prototypes into polished UIs. Experience with Radix UI and shadcn will be a major plus, as these form the foundation of our component library. You'll be expected to write clean, maintainable code that follows best practices and design principles.

Backend: Proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL (specifically Hasura) is essential. You should be skilled in designing secure, scalable backend architectures that can handle complex business logic and integrate with various services. Your experience with API design and optimization will be crucial for our platform's success.

Cloud & Security: You should be familiar with AWS services (particularly Amplify and Cloudfront) and have experience with containerization (Docker/Podman). A strong understanding of security best practices, including CORS, CSP, and secure coding principles, is required to protect our users' data and maintain platform integrity.

DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with automating deployments and optimizing database queries is necessary. You'll be expected to maintain a smooth developer experience using modern CI/CD pipelines, ensuring our code deployment process is efficient and reliable.

Startup Agility: This is a fast-paced, impact-driven environment where you'll need to thrive. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize effectively, and willing to wear multiple hats as needed.
