Aceart, a small (~15 people) digital agency in Stuttgart, Germany, is seeking a Full Stack Developer. We build apps, websites, and technical infrastructure for our clients.

About the Role:
You will be involved in developing web solutions, potentially using Content Management Systems like TYPO3 or WordPress, or building custom web applications. While we prefer experience with TYPO3, we value strong coding fundamentals and a willingness to learn. If you can demonstrate proficiency in a programming language of your choice during the interview, we encourage you to apply. We maintain a "no asshole" company culture and value collaboration over knowing everything. All coding is done in English.

Responsibilities (Inferred):
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers.
- Implement features based on client requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge.
- Potentially work with technologies like TYPO3, WordPress, WooCommerce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web development (front-end and back-end).
- Demonstrable coding skills in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Experience with TYPO3 is a plus, but not mandatory.
- C1 level German language proficiency (for team and client communication).
- Good English language proficiency (for coding and technical documentation).
- A valid German working permit.
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
