Aceart, a small (~15 people) digital agency based in Stuttgart, Germany, is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in creating apps, websites, and technical infrastructure for a diverse range of clients. This role can be full-time or part-time.

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing digital projects from conception to completion. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to our high standards. Strong communication skills in German are essential for client and team interactions. We foster a collaborative "no asshole" company culture.

Responsibilities (Inferred):
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of web, app, and software projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate communication between clients, developers, and designers.
- Monitor project progress and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build strong working relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing digital projects (websites, mobile apps, software).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- C1 level German language proficiency (essential for client and team communication).
- Good English language proficiency.
- A valid German working permit.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
