Role: As a Senior ML Engineer, you will lead both our traditional ML and LLM models, playing a key role in shaping our advertising platform. You'll own major technical decisions and have direct impact on product and business outcomes in an environment that values action and fast shipping.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain ML models for advertising optimization.
- Lead development efforts involving both traditional ML techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML solutions.
- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment and monitoring.

Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys autonomy and technical challenges.
- Has experience leading ML projects.
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and data tools.
- Strong understanding of both traditional ML and LLMs.
