Experienced Full-Stack Rails Engineer

Aha! is the world's #1 product development software, serving over 1 million users worldwide. We are looking for an Experienced Full-Stack Engineer to work on the Aha! product.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain features for the Aha! platform, built with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Work across the full stack to deliver rich client-side experiences and robust backend functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with a fully remote team during North American timezones.
- Participate in our continuous deployment process.
- Utilize Aha! software internally to manage work.

Requirements:
- Strong experience building complex web applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency with React for frontend development.
- Commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
