About The Role: As a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Aleph, you will be responsible for designing and developing the server-side components of our AI-native FP&A platform. You will work on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance services that power our data processing, integrations, and AI features. Your work will ensure that our platform can handle large volumes of data and provide real-time insights to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement backend services using Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Develop and maintain APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
- Work with MongoDB and other databases to design efficient data models and queries.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems.
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define and implement features.
- Optimize database performance and data processing pipelines.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a backend developer, with expertise in Python and relevant frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of database design and optimization, particularly with MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing and message queues.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
