Sr. Technical Product Manager (Actions)

AllSpice is building the agile development environment for hardware designers, including a Git-friendly translation layer and automated CI/CD framework for native circuit designs. We’re expanding our platform to introduce an automated CI/CD framework for hardware development, enabling the same agile workflows software teams have enjoyed for years.

About This Role: We’re seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to define the future of hardware development by building an automation engine for circuit designs. This high-impact role comes with lots of autonomy and requires a self-driven, collaborative person with hardware experience. You’ll work closely with our CTO & CEO to create, maintain, and champion the company’s product roadmap for actions automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our CTO & CEO to create and maintain the product roadmap
• Lead brainstorming, ideation, and testing of potential actions
• Create mockups and user stories using design tools like Figma
• Conduct daily stand-ups to coordinate development team deliverables
• Routinely coordinate and conduct user interviews to gather insights
• Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints
• Research and stay current on industry trends and hardware tooling
• Build and maintain actions for tasks like Gerber file generation, wire harness drawing, and design validation testing

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with hardware teams designing and manufacturing electronics
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field
• Project management skills with ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience managing software projects using tools like JIRA or Notion
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and prototyping skills
• Ability to think big picture while delivering on details

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with software DevOps and Git platforms
• Early-stage startup experience
