Sr. Technical Product Manager (AI)

AllSpice is pioneering the integration of generative AI into hardware development workflows. We're building an AI agent for circuit designs to supercharge electrical engineering teams and accelerate time-to-market for hardware products.

About This Role:
We're seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to define the future of hardware development by building an AI agent for circuit designs. This exciting opportunity requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and can collaborate with brilliant engineers to bring innovative AI solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and champion the AI product roadmap
- Lead brainstorming, refinement, and testing of potential AI solutions
- Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints
- Regularly engage with current and potential customers to conduct user interviews
- Create mockups and user stories using design tools
- Research and stay current on industry trends and hardware tooling
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify high-value use cases
- Design and develop proof-of-concept implementations and technical prototypes
- Coordinate with Go-to-market teams to communicate new capabilities

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience taking an AI-enabled product to market
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field
- Project management skills with ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience managing software projects using tools like JIRA or Notion
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and prototyping skills
- Ability to think big picture while delivering on details

Bonus Skills:
- Early-stage startup experience
- Exposure to building products in the hardware space
- Knowledge of software workflows and Git platforms
