Role Overview: You’ll lead our platform software team (Vue, TS, Golang, Playwright), building and improving our data architecture for git-based hardware design management. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll have significant impact on our core platform and technical direction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of our core platform software stack including Vue.js, TypeScript, and Go
  • Drive architectural decisions for our git-based hardware design management platform
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers while maintaining hands-on technical leadership
  • Work closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Contribute to technical strategy and long-term roadmap planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, and Go
  • Deep understanding of modern web application development patterns
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Passion for hardware development and collaboration tools
