Role Overview: You’ve been an early adopter, introducing AI features in your past products. You understand how to tame large amounts of data for use in RAG to get consistent, functional output from LLMs, and you’re not afraid to talk tensors. This is a senior technical product management role focused on our AI agent for hardware design validation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead technical product strategy for our AI agent platform
  • Define and execute AI feature roadmap for hardware design validation
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements
  • Work closely with AI/ML engineers to implement and optimize AI capabilities
  • Drive product discovery and research for AI-enhanced workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful AI integration
  • Analyze AI performance metrics and user feedback to guide improvements
  • Communicate technical AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience with AI/ML products
  • Strong technical background with understanding of machine learning concepts
  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLMs
  • Knowledge of tensor processing and data engineering concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and business teams
  • Experience with AI product development and deployment
  • Understanding of hardware design processes and engineering workflows
