Role: We are seeking a Mid-Level Backend Engineer to join our fully remote team (Portugal-based). You will work on diverse projects for our clients, building innovative products from the ground up or scaling existing solutions.

Responsibilities: Focus on server-side logic, database interactions, and API development. Collaborate within agile teams to deliver high-quality backend systems. Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Node.js/Express and MongoDB/PostgreSQL. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Understanding of backend development best practices.

Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of backend experience. Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment. Passionate about building scalable and maintainable systems. Must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Excellent communication skills.
