Role: We seek a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our fully remote team (Portugal-based). This role involves leading development efforts and making key technical decisions across the stack.

Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of fullstack features and applications. Make architectural decisions for both frontend and backend components. Mentor other engineers and promote best practices. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Node.js/Express, Angular/React, MongoDB/PostgreSQL. Strong grasp of software architecture principles. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Proficiency in frontend build tools and testing frameworks. Understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.

Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of fullstack development experience. Ability to lead projects and make sound technical judgments. Passionate about delivering high-quality, end-to-end solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills. Must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Strong mentorship and communication abilities.
