**About The Role:**

As a Senior Kubernetes & Cloud Native Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the technological foundation of our platform. You'll bring your expertise in DevOps, container orchestration, and cloud technologies to help evolve our platform into a future-proof, reliable backbone for efficient, highly available AI solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*   Design, implement, and maintain our cloud-native infrastructure with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
*   Develop and optimize containerized applications using industry-standard tools.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business requirements.
*   Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.
*   Automate deployment, scaling, and management of application containers using CI/CD pipelines.
*   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
*   Stay at the forefront of cloud-native technologies and contribute to our evolving infrastructure.

**Requirements:**

*   Proven expertise in Linux system administration and configuration (experience with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu is highly valued).
*   Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and operating cloud-native applications (familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD is a plus).
*   Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
*   Strong proficiency in Go and its ecosystem.
*   Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, Semantic Release, Renovate) and a commitment to automated testing and deployment.
*   Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Compensation:**

The estimated pay range for this role is €140,000 - €180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

**Location:**

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with primary locations in Berlin, Stuttgart, and Ulm, Germany. The role can be partially remote, with a preference for candidates who can occasionally travel to our office locations.
