As a Growth Generalist, you will play a key role in driving Anima's expansion. You will work across marketing, sales, and product to identify and execute growth initiatives, experiment with new channels, analyze performance data, and optimize funnels.

Responsibilities may include running marketing campaigns, managing SEO/SEM, content creation, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, market analysis, and collaborating cross-functionally to align growth strategies.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and adaptable, with experience in growth marketing or a similar role within a fast-paced tech startup (preferably SaaS/healthtech). You should have strong analytical skills, proficiency with marketing tools, and a passion for driving measurable results.
