As a Lead Software Engineer, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying key components of the Anima platform. You will provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities include technical leadership, hands-on coding, architectural design, code reviews, collaborating with product managers, fostering engineering best practices, and contributing to the team's technical roadmap.

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with proven leadership capabilities. You have deep expertise in relevant technologies (our stack likely involves modern web frameworks, databases, cloud infrastructure, and potentially AI/ML tooling), strong architectural design skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building impactful healthtech products.
