As the QA Engineering Lead, you will establish and lead the quality assurance strategy and processes for the Anima platform. You will build and manage a QA function, implement test automation frameworks, and ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our software releases, particularly crucial in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities include defining QA strategy, selecting and implementing testing tools/frameworks, leading test planning and execution (manual and automated), managing QA engineers (if applicable), tracking quality metrics, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in software quality assurance, including building test automation frameworks and leading QA efforts for complex web applications (SaaS). Experience in healthtech or another regulated industry is highly desirable. You possess strong leadership, technical (scripting, automation tools), and communication skills.
