As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a senior technical contributor, tackling complex design and implementation challenges within the Anima platform. You will contribute significantly to core features, system architecture, and technical decision-making, often working across team boundaries.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable software solutions, mentoring other engineers, contributing to architectural discussions, improving engineering standards and practices, and taking ownership of significant technical initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a strong track record of delivering complex features and systems. You have expertise in relevant technologies (modern web frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, AI/ML), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence technical direction and mentor others.
