As the Head of People, you will lead and shape Anima's people strategy and operations during a critical phase of high growth. You will be responsible for building and managing the People function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and culture development.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, leading recruitment efforts, establishing scalable HR processes and systems, fostering a positive and high-performing culture, advising leadership on people matters, and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR/People leader with a proven track record in scaling tech startups. You have broad expertise across HR disciplines, strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for building exceptional teams and workplaces.
