As the Talent Lead for Go-To-Market (GTM), you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will partner closely with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs, build robust talent pipelines, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities include developing and executing GTM recruitment strategies, sourcing and engaging passive candidates, screening and interviewing, managing candidate experience, negotiating offers, and utilizing data to track and improve recruitment effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS) within a fast-paced tech environment (SaaS/healthtech preferred). You possess excellent sourcing skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for building high-performing commercial teams.
