As the VP of People, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for Anima's people function. You will build and lead a world-class People team, driving initiatives across talent strategy, organizational design, culture, compensation, learning & development, and HR operations to support Anima's hyper-growth.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive people strategy, leading and mentoring the People team, acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, championing company culture and values, overseeing all HR functions, and ensuring Anima is an exceptional place to work.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned and strategic People executive with extensive experience leading the HR function in high-growth technology companies. You have a proven ability to build and scale People operations, a deep understanding of all HR facets, strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating impactful employee experiences.
