Role Description:
We are looking for a Go developer to join our Innovation Engineering department. You will be responsible for building new products from concept to launch (0-1) and scaling existing products (1-10). This involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining backend systems primarily using Go.

Responsibilities:
*   Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software using Go.
*   Build robust, scalable backend systems and APIs.
*   Participate actively in the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and iteration.
*   Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and architecture.
*   Contribute to building products within the property management accounting domain.

Ideal Candidate:
*   Proven experience developing applications with Go (Golang).
*   Strong understanding of software development best practices.
*   Experience building and scaling software products (0-1 and 1-10 experience is a plus).
*   Possesses a no-nonsense, no-drama, and no-ego work attitude.
*   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
*   Experience or interest in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial technology is beneficial but not required.
