We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and build meaningful products in the real estate space from the ground up. If you're excited about leveraging AI in the proptech industry and working with Ruby on Rails, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack (Ruby on Rails backend, StimulusJS/Hotwire/Turbo front-end).
* Collaborate with the CTO, product managers, and other engineers on technical solutions and feature implementation.
* Contribute to building a scalable, maintainable, and well-tested codebase.
* Work with our modern technology stack, including integrating AI/LLM functionalities.
* Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.
* Help ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements:
* At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
* Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
* Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Experience with StimulusJS/Hotwire/Turbo or AlpineJS is highly preferred.
* Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (DigitalOcean or similar).
* Interest in or experience with AI/LLMs is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
* Good communication skills and ability to work within US East Coast or European timezones.
