**The Role:** We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with at least 8 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, robust applications that power our real estate platform. You will work on both frontend and backend systems, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Ruby on Rails and a passion for creating meaningful products in the real estate space using AI.

**Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails.
* Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement features that enhance user experience.
* Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Work with frontend technologies such as StimulusJS, Hotwire, Turbo, and AlpineJS.
* Integrate with backend services and databases, primarily PostgreSQL.
* Utilize containerization with Docker and deployment on DigitalOcean.
* Develop and maintain APIs using OpenAPI specifications.
* Explore and implement AI and machine learning models to improve our services.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer with at least 8 years in the field.
* Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails (version 8.x).
* Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as StimulusJS, Hotwire, Turbo, and AlpineJS.
* Solid understanding of database design and optimization, particularly with PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (DigitalOcean).
* Knowledge of API design and development (OpenAPI).
* Experience with AI/ML technologies and models is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality code.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
