Role Description: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and execute Arenko's marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and communicating our value proposition to key stakeholders in the energy sector. This role requires understanding our technical products and translating their benefits for a commercial audience involved in energy assets and trading. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. - Manage Arenko's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. - Oversee content creation (website, blog posts, case studies, social media, presentations) to engage target audiences. - Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). - Plan and execute participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows. - Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and product launches. - Analyze marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics. - Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the B2B tech, energy, or renewables sector. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques across various channels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. - Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation. - Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing marketing performance. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment. - Passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and the energy transition. - Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented.
