Senior / Staff AI Software Engineer

**About The Role:** We are seeking a Senior / Staff AI Software Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in productionizing AI/LLM applications, building ML systems that ship, and contributing to our automation platform for healthcare operations. This is an opportunity to significantly impact healthcare using cutting-edge AI while working with a passionate team.

**Responsibilities:**
* Design, build, and deploy AI/LLM applications for healthcare automation
* Productionize AI systems (agents, RAG, embeddings) for real-world use cases
* Develop ML systems that handle complex healthcare workflows
* Work on document processing, payer form automation, and rejection explanation
* Build components for patient discharge planning
* Ensure AI systems are safe, observable, and incorporate human-in-the-loop functionality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and solutions

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in productionizing LLM applications
* Solid Python expertise with experience in ML system development
* Deep understanding of how to build reliable ML systems
* Experience with AI/ML concepts and production challenges
* Ability to work in ambiguous, open-ended problems
* Strong technical foundation in machine learning and AI principles
