Join the founding team of Atlas, a venture-backed startup tackling the $3T accounts receivables inefficiency with AI. Based in Union Square, NYC (in-person required), we're building an AI-native platform to automate the contract-to-cash cycle, helping businesses get paid faster. Our founders are ex-D.E.Shaw/Minecraft/Snap with previous >$100M exits. We have a live V1 product with paying customers delivering results (+122% cash-on-hand increase for one customer in a month) and raised an oversubscribed seed round in March 2025.

Company Description:
Atlas is fixing B2B payments. We believe payments should be instant and AI can eliminate human inefficiencies in collections, approvals, and reconciliations. We're building a modern platform for A/R and rev-ops teams, featuring AI-powered collections, dispute resolution, unified inbox collaboration, and bespoke workflows. Role Description:
As a Full Stack Engineer on the founding team, you will have a significant impact on shaping our product and culture. You'll be building features at the application layer for our core platform. This is an opportunity to 10x your learning curve and build a generational company from day 1. We are not training/tuning models currently.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy features for the Atlas platform.
- Collaborate closely with founders and early team members.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on shipping valuable product increments quickly.
- Uphold a culture of ownership, speed, and high-quality execution.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in our tech stack: TypeScript/NextJS, Supabase, Vercel.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with AI tools/platforms like Gemini/Anthropic, Mastra/LangSmith is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
We offer significantly above-market base salary and equity (~2x standard SV founding team equity).

Location:
This role requires working in-person from our office in Union Square, New York City. Remote work is not an option. Atlas cannot sponsor visas at this time but plans to in the future.
