Senior Full-Stack Developer

AVAYL is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup revolutionizing Medical Information processes in the life science industry through AI-driven solutions. We envision a world where Medical Information evolves with the pace of evidence generation and build tools to empower our customers to optimize their interactions with health care professionals and patients. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and scaling our AI-native SaaS platform using Vue.js, Python Flask, and MongoDB. You’ll work closely with our co-founder and CTO to architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Key responsibilities include full-stack development, AI integration and development (fine-tuning LLMs, building vector databases, designing RAG pipelines), database management with MongoDB, and optional editor/enterprise integration development. Qualifications include 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, strong proficiency in Vue.js and Python (Flask), experience with MongoDB, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs. Experience with rich text editors, enterprise integration, DevOps practices, cloud platforms (GCP), LLMs, prompt engineering, and the pharmaceutical industry are highly valued.
