DevOps/Platform Engineer

**Role Overview:**  
As a DevOps/Platform Engineer at Aventic AI, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our intelligent platform. You'll design, implement, and optimize systems for automation, observability, CI/CD, and infra-as-code, ensuring reliability and scalability for our growing product. This role offers autonomy to take end-to-end ownership of significant features while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Design and implement robust automation pipelines  
- Build and maintain observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting)  
- Develop and enforce best practices for CI/CD and deployment processes  
- Create and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions  
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters in cloud and on-premise environments  
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance  
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning  

**Required Skills & Experience:**  
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform engineering roles  
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (particularly GCP)  
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible preferred)  
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration  
- Strong Python programming skills  
- Experience deploying Kubernetes in hybrid environments  
- Solid grasp of distributed systems principles  

**Bonus Qualifications:**  
- Experience with multi-cloud or on-premise deployments  
- Familiarity with LLM infrastructure and AI/ML operationalization  
- Background in security-hardened infrastructure
