About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced security professional to lead our effort in securing Bitcoin staking technologies we develop. You will own the security of all technologies, protocols, and products, establish security objectives, coordinate with engineering for best practices, create product launch plans, and manage the end‑to‑end audit lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own security of all technologies, protocols, and products, including potential attack vectors in algorithms, cryptography, code, and deployments.
• Establish overall security objectives and lead planning and execution to achieve them.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to establish best security practices in software development cycles.
• Create product launch plans and approve feature rollout based on security considerations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end audit lifecycle, including sourcing auditors, defining scope, scheduling, overseeing the audit process, ensuring findings are addressed, and delivering final reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hands‑on security analysis and vulnerability discovery for blockchains or DeFi protocols.
• Good understanding of smart contract languages and their semantics.
• Good understanding of operational security and security best practices.
• A track record in identifying past critical vulnerabilities is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
