Program Management Technical PM Agile Project Management Management 
Beacon AI is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee our software development projects, particularly in software and federal programs. You will coordinate teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines, tracking progress and identifying risks
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation and status reports
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably in technology or aerospace
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development lifecycles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience with federal programs or regulatory compliance a plus
