Technical Program Manager

Beacon AI is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee our software development projects, particularly in software and federal programs. You will coordinate teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and designers
• Develop project plans and timelines, tracking progress and identifying risks
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Create and maintain project documentation and status reports
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably in technology or aerospace
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development lifecycles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Experience with federal programs or regulatory compliance a plus
