Role: We are seeking a Staff Engineer specializing in Autonomy & Robotics to join our team in San Carlos, CA (Hybrid). You will be a key technical leader in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge autonomy solutions for flight decks.

Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of core autonomy algorithms and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and AI features into our platform. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical strategy. Drive innovation in aviation safety and efficiency through technology.

Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in autonomy, robotics, AI/ML, particularly in real-time systems. Strong programming skills (e.g., C++, Python). Experience with sensor fusion, path planning, control systems, or related areas. Ability to lead complex technical projects. Master's or PhD in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience. Passion for aviation and safety.
