Role: We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Autonomy & Robotics team in San Carlos, CA (Hybrid). You will guide a talented team building the core intelligence of our flight deck technology. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers working on autonomy and robotics. Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to define roadmaps and deliver features. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Ensure the team meets technical and product goals related to aviation safety and efficiency. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience leading engineering teams, preferably in robotics, autonomy, or AI/ML domains. Strong technical background in relevant areas (e.g., C++, Python, ROS, autonomous systems). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in agile development methodologies. Passion for aviation, safety, and building high-performing teams.
