Role: We are seeking a Senior or Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on Software to join our team in San Carlos, CA (Hybrid). You will drive the execution of complex software development programs for our innovative aviation technology.

Responsibilities: Manage software development programs from initiation through delivery. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks/dependencies. Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and other teams. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Improve processes and drive program management best practices.

Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Technical background or ability to understand technical challenges. Experience in aviation or safety-critical systems is a plus.
