Role: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on Federal Programs to join our team in San Carlos, CA (Hybrid). You will lead the execution of programs specifically related to our defense and government contracts.

Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of federal programs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulations. Develop program plans, track milestones, manage budgets, and mitigate risks specific to government projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for federal customers and stakeholders. Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, and business development teams. Ensure successful delivery of program objectives related to defense applications of our technology.

Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Program Manager managing US Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal government contracts. Strong understanding of government contracting processes, regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS), and program management standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs. Technical background sufficient to understand engineering challenges. Experience with aviation or defense technology programs is highly desirable. Active security clearance may be required or beneficial.
