**About The Role:** We are looking for a Software Engineer, Growth to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement features that help our customers grow their businesses. You will work on building tools and infrastructure that enable rapid scaling and improve user acquisition. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our product while working with cutting-edge technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and develop features that drive user growth and engagement
* Build infrastructure and tools to support rapid scaling
* Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement growth strategies
* Optimize conversion funnels and user onboarding processes
* Develop A/B testing frameworks and analytics dashboards
* Work on performance optimization for high-traffic scenarios
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to growth features

**Required Skills:**
* Proficiency in backend programming languages (Go, Java, Python)
