**About Beautiful.ai:** Beautiful.ai is changing the way the world presents by building fast, foolproof tools that enable anyone to tell visual stories that win. Our team is a playful, driven, and passionate group of pet-lovers, video-gamers, and pickleball enthusiasts. With a globally-distributed remote team and a San Francisco-based office, we find unique opportunities to get to know each other personally, while delivering on our goals. Data-driven decision making and an outcomes-focused mindset are core to our way of working. Today, Beautiful.ai equips 100,000+ happy paying customers, from start-ups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, with a leading presentation software solution. Companies like SAP, HP, Rakuten, LIV Golf, and more trust Beautiful.ai to tell their stories. We are a Series B company and have raised capital from prominent investors including Shasta Ventures, Trinity Ventures, and First Round Capital and are led by our CTO/Founder, Mitch Grasso, who is a second-time founder in the presentation space. **About The Role:** As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and execution. You’ll lead initiatives that directly impact retention, conversion, and user satisfaction—whether that’s through PLG experiments, UX refinements, or new feature development. You’ll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact product work, while also jumping into Figma to explore flows, make layout tweaks, and validate ideas with users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end, and loves blending product thinking with light-touch interface design. If you’ve ever thought of yourself as a PM-designer hybrid, this is the role for you. Just as importantly, you should have a real appreciation for the pain of creating presentations – whether from building decks yourself or supporting teams that do. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own key product initiatives across the funnel—from user acquisition to retention and monetization. - Define how features work and feel – map UX flows, prototype interactions, and create designs in Figma using our existing components and patterns. - Partner with engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, and guide execution. - Work closely with analytics to generate and validate hypotheses through data and research. - Validate solutions: talk to users, run surveys, synthesize insights, and explore solutions in Figma. - Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure consistent experience and messaging. - Synthesize and share learnings from experiments and feature launches. Iterate based on outcomes. - Champion our product values and help evolve product processes as we scale. **Requirements:** - 4+ years in product management or a hybrid PM/UX role, ideally in SaaS or productivity software. - Strong product instincts and a portfolio of work that shows impact on business and user outcomes. - Firsthand experience with (or strong empathy for) the pain points of creating presentations. - Hands-on experience running A/B tests, driving growth loops, or iterating based on usage data. - Comfort using Figma to build and communicate product flows and interface ideas. - Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven ability to self-direct, prioritize, and ship outcomes quickly. - US hours preferred. **Benefits:** - Flexible vacation policy and a fully remote work policy. - 100% Medical/Dental/Vision insurance covered for the employee / 60%-65% covered for dependents. - Comprehensive 401K program. - FSA and Commuter Benefits. - Competitive Equity with a 4-year vesting schedule. - Life / AD&D and Disability Coverage. - Parental leave for birthing or non-birthing parents (specific to each state) / 60% coverage under company secondary insurance for birthing parent.
