Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at Beautiful.ai, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience with our product. You’ll respond to customer requests via Zendesk, create reusable responses, inform customers about services, and monitor various communication streams. You’ll need 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role within the SaaS or startup space, 1-3 years with Zendesk or similar, and excellent communication skills. The role requires empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers succeed with Beautiful.ai’s presentation tools.
