Staff Platform Engineer

As a Staff Platform Engineer at Beautiful.ai, you’ll take a leadership role in shaping the platform’s architecture and scaling infrastructure. You’ll drive key initiatives in automation, security, observability, and incident management, while mentoring senior engineers and setting best practices. You’ll own the cloud infrastructure, architect systems for high availability, implement Infrastructure as Code, lead CI/CD pipelines, define disaster recovery strategies, implement observability standards, contribute to security best practices, mentor teams, and champion thought leadership in platform engineering. You need 7+ years of hands-on experience with platform focus, strong experience with GCP, proven track record of driving technical initiatives, strong analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
