Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer at Beautiful.ai, you’ll take ownership of complex, high-impact features across the product. You’ll lead technical initiatives, provide mentorship, and help define the technical direction of the product. You’ll develop features, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, own complex technical challenges, define technical strategies, and troubleshoot incidents. You need 7+ years of hands-on experience with product development focus, strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React, CSS, and MongoDB, proven track record of delivering high-impact features, strong product and analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
