Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Role: Seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Software Engineering to lead and mentor engineering teams. This role involves driving technical strategy, overseeing software development processes, collaborating with product management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap and strategy for your teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver features and improvements.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent.
