Job Title: Expert Software Developer

Location: Remote, United States

We are seeking an Expert Software Developer to join our small, dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our AI voice agent for restaurants, moving it from a 96% success rate to 100%. This is a chance to make a significant impact on a product that is already in use and see the results of your work in a short timeframe.

What You’ll Do:

• Improve the existing AI voice agent to achieve 100% reliability.
• Collaborate with our team on product vision, business execution, and marketing.
• Build effective and reliable systems that handle voice interactions and order taking.
• Work with the full stack or backend infrastructure as needed.
• Utilize our existing tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, ElevenLabs, and N8N.
• Ensure the system is scalable and can handle various restaurant needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in voice AI and software engineering.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• A professional developer with a proven track record of building reliable software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with voice AI is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in full-stack or backend development.
• Ability to deliver within agreed timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working with AI or machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
