About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director AI Engineer to lead the design, execution, and scale-up of AI initiatives across our enterprise. This hybrid role blends deep technical expertise in Generative AI with program management excellence, enabling enterprise-level adoption and transformation. You will partner with executive leadership to drive the GenAI strategy, deliver measurable value, and unlock operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company-wide strategy for Generative AI adoption.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with existing enterprise architecture.
• Conduct user interviews and define technical and functional requirements.
• Evaluate and implement platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI.
• Establish and enforce MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Design APIs and microservices for real-time AI inference.
• Lead proof-of-concept development to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Partner with IT, Data Science, Legal, and security teams for governance and compliance.
• Translate business needs into AI solutions and demonstrate tangible ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions from concept to production.
• Hands-on experience with data technologies.
• Expertise in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
