Python FastAPI Postgres Docker Kubernetes Redis AWS GDAL RasterIO Staff Engineer 
Blackshark AI is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and operating our geospatial AI platform. You will be responsible for creating secure and efficient network systems in collaboration with security teams, building and nurturing partnerships across engineering and product teams, and driving alignment across departments to ensure cohesive roadmaps and timely deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:
*   Leading the design and development of systems that optimize network traffic and scale for global expansion
*   Driving architectural decisions for high-impact projects, ensuring scalability and reliability
*   Co-authoring long-term technical roadmaps focused on network scalability, performance, and engineering velocity
*   Setting standards for engineering and operational excellence
*   Building and nurturing partnerships across engineering, product, and security teams
*   Leading design reviews with a focus on system-level tradeoffs and network scalability
*   Driving the design and implementation of "secure by default" network systems
*   Engaging with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
*   Proven experience leading complex engineering efforts focused on network traffic management and cloud orchestration
*   Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with experience aligning stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
*   A track record of contributing to long-term technical roadmaps and making thoughtful system-level tradeoffs
*   At least 8+ years of coding experience in languages like Go, Java, or similar, with expertise in concurrent and distributed code
*   Extensive experience designing and building distributed systems, leveraging concurrency primitives, and optimizing network performance
*   Deep expertise in traffic and networking systems with familiarity across adjacent infrastructure domains
*   Hands-on experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
*   A strong sense of ownership and ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals
