About The Role: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. This role plays a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency for our global deployment. You’ll lead the development of our Kubernetes-based deployment systems, automate operational workflows, and ensure seamless integration across our tech stack. This position requires strong technical leadership and collaboration across teams to drive innovation in infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
• Optimize cloud resource usage to minimize costs while maintaining performance
• Enhance system observability through monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Ensure robust security practices throughout the infrastructure lifecycle
• Maintain detailed documentation of architecture and operational procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand application requirements and implement appropriate infrastructure solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing system reliability

Required Skills & Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Solid grasp of Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Security-conscious approach with experience implementing secure infrastructure designs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to travel to customer sites for on-premises deployments

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000, with equity options available. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
