About The Role: We are looking for a Mid-Level Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining features that enhance the user experience and support our growing customer base. You will work on a variety of projects, from front-end to back-end, and you will have the opportunity to influence product decisions and contribute to the technical direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and JavaScript
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Work with our team to implement new technologies and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React preferred)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
